Matthew holds a Certificate in Conflict Resolution (Mediation/Third Party Intervention) from the Justice Institute of British Columbia. He has worked in the areas of workplace dispute resolution, non-profit sector mediation, and student conduct. Matthew is a member of the Ethics and Professional Practice Committee of ADRIC as well as a Board member of ADR Atlantic.
