Matthew holds a Certificate in Conflict Resolution (Mediation/Third Party Intervention) from the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
Tammy Sheppard
Tammy is an accredited professional coach, qualified mediator, certified EQ assessor, and seasoned HR professional who is passionate about creating respectful workplace cultures and helping teams manage conflict.

Shelley is the Founder/President of HR on the GO Inc and she has 25+ years of experience in all areas of human resources management, employment law, Occupational Health & Safety management, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Workplace Investigations.

Veronica Dossah
Veronica is an internationally trained lawyer and has been admitted to the Ghana Bar. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology (BSc) and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from Ghana and acquired her Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) in Canada, Dalhousie university.
