JD is the manager of Employee Abilities & Return to Work at Health PEI where he leads the supports for employees with injuries, illnesses and disabilities. At Health PEI and in his private consulting practice, JD provides training and education on psychological occupational risk, including the harms caused by bullying, harassment and disrespect. His interest in alternative dispute resolution stems from a people-focused workplace restoration practice.
