In addition to her work experience, Cathy Lee has extensive training in ADR processes and holds the Negotiation and Conflict Management Certificate awarded by Dalhousie University Law School and College of Continuing Education as well as the Certificate in Teaching Negotiation in the Organization awarded by the Program on Negotiation at Harvard University Law School. This training has provided Cathy Lee with an adaptable curriculum base for leadership training, using the Harvard methodologies in interest-based negotiation, in large and small group settings, for both short- and long-term leadership development objectives.

Cathy Lee is certified by the Center for Conflict Dynamics at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, as an administrator of the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP). The CDP is an extremely effective 360 degree assessment and feedback tool that has been used around the world by Fortune 500 companies (and many other corporate and non-profit organizations) to increase organizational effectiveness through the cultivation of employee self-awareness in the area of conflict behaviors in the workplace. Cathy Lee utilizes the CDP in her consulting and executive coaching practice, producing a conflict profile for both the individual and the organization by providing feedback on all aspects of conflict behaviors in the workplace and what might underlie those behaviors. Following the assessment, feedback sessions equip the individual with an action plan for change.

Cathy Lee has a passion for working closely together with the client to meet current organizational objectives which reflect the stated goals and mission of the organization. Cathy Lee has provided extensive coaching, for both senior and new management, in the art of clarifying and communicating information in midst of chaos or crisis in the organization. Jennifer Innis has extensive experience as an investigator, facilitator, adult educator, and advisor.  She is a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University with a M.Ad.Ed, which focused on program evaluation from a participatory research and narrative perspective.  Jennifer also is a Certified Fraud Examiner and member of the Association of Fraud Examiners.  Jennifer brings a principle-based approach to her work, maintaining a high level of integrity, accountability, and sensitivity.

Jennifer has been an investigator within the Nova Scotia provincial government for over 12 years.  She has experience in an oversight capacity with the Nova Scotia Office of the Ombudsman, conducting complex investigations involving allegations of government wrongdoing, maladministration of the law, breaches in ethics and code of conduct, harassment, and bullying in the workplace.  Prior to this, Jennifer has been responsible for assessing client eligibility requirements for the Nova Scotia Department of Community Services’ financial assistance program, through a lens to review situations of potential fraud.

Maureen E. Shebib provides services as a workplace complaint investigator, mediator, policy analyst, educator and human rights lawyer.
